Inside, a variety of environments foster connection in different ways: a listening room with finely tuned acoustics, a high-end studio for podcast recording, and a tatami room designed for relaxed yet productive meetings. Together, these diverse spaces create new opportunities for meaningful interaction, strengthening relationships between Musik teams and their collaborators, and supporting more authentic, creative work.

Musik sought to relocate its Tokyo office and create a new platform for connection between its teams, collaborators, and the public. The concept centered on “Disrupting the Beat” of the city, and of the conventional office environment. A tunnel marks the transition, shifting both space and mindset as visitors move from a typical office building into Musik’s event space. Inspired by Tokyo’s many live houses, where you step away from the city and into a sanctuary of music, the design reimagines the workplace as an immersive, experiential journey.
